Partner Jonny Fort spoke to the Financial Times about how London law firm partner recruitment is shaping up in 2025, with partner hires in January and February hitting a decade high.  “The record hiring activity reported throughout [the first quarter] is clearly the end result of 2024’s recruitment efforts, perhaps a hangover from a bumper year, but it doesn’t feel like it”.
