Max Bromwich promoted to Director

Today we are thrilled to announce Max Bromwich’s promotion to Director at Fort Stratford Partners.

Max joined us in March 2024 as our first hire post launch. Having transitioned from working in the business services teams of two major law firms into the world of legal search, Max has graduated out of covering London’s Associate market and established himself as one of London’s go to Partner recruiters.

Preferring to focus on the non-contentious side of the market, he has developed a genuinely deep understanding of the corporate, banking, finance and fin-reg markets and over the last couple of years has completed some especially complex and noteworthy Partner and team moves in these areas.
