Fort Stratford Partners host round table event with Law UK

Fort Stratford Partners had the privilege of partnering with Law UK to host a round table event with some of London’s most recognised law firm leaders.

There was a lively discussion covering a range of topics from hourly rates and the impact that rates increases are having on partner mobility and the viability of certain practices; recent mergers and some predictions on how the London market will continue to consolidate; as well as some very interesting views on law firm culture, partner retention and the use of exit controls for departing partners.
